Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger and month-end/year-end closing.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare payment schedules. 
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. 
• Work with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage). 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
